Got mine from Christmas I went from an iPhone. I still love apple, but samsung is the best fit for me! Very customizable and I just prefer. I love the A20 ☺️

I was going to big to get the iphone 11 from T-Mobile and when they said that I had to put $551.00 down I said Hell To The Naw Bobbie🤣🤣🤣 and asked what is the cheapest next best thing and was told the Samsang A20. The sales person told me to wait save the money and get the iPhone 11 because that is what he liked.Boy Bye! GIVE ME THE A20 and let get out of here with my extra cash in my pocket. I love it so far so good

Charlene Hyman I’m doing the same thing. But usually here in australia we don’t have to put down payments for phones. Never spoke to any reps though. About my decision on waiting. I had my xs max die on me 22 days ago. Lived without a phone until now. I got the a30 just for the bigger battery. I’m saving up for the iphone 12 when it comes out. But if you’re still waiting to buy an iphone. Don’t buy the first or second release. They’ve always been known to have crappy faults or issues with it.

I've switched to Android a couple of weeks ago and am using my Son's old phone that was just sitting in the drawer (Galaxy A20) while learning android and contemplating which S series phone I want to get. I love the inside tips you've given. I never would have taken the time to figure them out. My most immediate favorite tip was setting up the home screen. I know, it seems simple, but I had no idea how to start. I would have liked more information about what the Bixby Home screen does and how to get rid of google news feeds. I've found a problem and it only started when I started playing with themes. Now after changing the theme and changing the wallpaper, the information bar at the top (that displays the time, battery and percentage, mute etc etc) is all jumbled up. It is only when I go back into themes and choose the default that it is readable again. It's a bit annoying because I would like to choose my own wallpaper etc. Do you have any idea how I can fix it please?

Excellent tutorial! My favorite section is the transfer of contents from an old phone to a new one. In a situation where an old phone crashed or malfunctions such that you're unable to access the contents, how can one still transfer its contents to a new phone? This is an area I would have liked more elaboration on.

I just bought this phone and this video has been very helpful. Thank you. I am very grateful that I learnt how to transfer all my info from my last phone to this new one. I followed every thing you explained and I was able to complete all but one thing that was covered in this video. I cannot find the Bixby screen. I have been ignoring them, but your videos have convinced me to take them up on their offer (the phone is offered for free). I initially thought that the A20 was probably a cheap piece of junk, but you have convinced me otherwise. Good job and subbed to your channel.

any thoughts about the reception on this phone. my mum has one and the reception is pretty dodgy at best. she can sometimes get phone calls and other times not. same with texts. has been back to Samsung three times (to two different repairers) while under warranty, and they say it's ok. never had any issues in her house before with previous samsung, but this one just won't work properly
