This is a very common thing in samsung phones but just once rebooting you just have to wait until you are all set then the phone will be smooth once again, i hope samsung will fix this lag in the next future

A256b is the international version. This one is for Africa.. just problems with network connectivity sometimes depending on your carrier and location
