Make full backup, after that do full reset and restore data from your samsaung account. If that not help you, go to service for deep testing.

It asks me all sorts, connected to Internet, but want to go through settings first I go from top but nothing happens, I have a Samsung s10plus had no problems as these are almost the same, how do I do this first.
