The US version doesn't have macro. Or, I can't find it.. where you have it, mine has portrait. The US version is not ideal. Honestly, I came from a Moto and I preferred it so far :/

I'm confused how you have a macro lense.... I have the A42, but even on samsungs website it says ''The A42 does not have a Macro lens like the other 2021 A models have.'' and even if I click on your amazon link, it does indeed ask if I want to purchase the phone again. so we absolutely have the same phone! this is interesting to me...

Since the last update i can no longer see, in my gallery, after i click on the magnifying glass, the bit that says 'people' and it has all differents faces from your gallery but each person has their own file. Doe's this make sense? Like if i wanted to find a specific photo of my mum for instance. I'd click on that magnifying glass, click on her face and most photos of her would be there. Can anyone help to get that back?

Something else, I see no reason to have filters inside the camera, when you can add them post process. Honestly, this camera kinda sucks..

One thing I can not seem to find an answer to is: How do I enable the flash in the camera? Is there a button for it or am I just supposed to turn on the flashlight and then go into the camera app?

I think there’s a version on this phone that doesn’t have an ultra wide camera. I don’t know why Samsung did it like that but unfortunately it sounds like yours is one of those

Turn the phone screen off and shine a light directly on the screen. Look in the spot where the home button is and then look slightly southeast of the front facing camera up top. You'll see two additional cameras under the screen
