I compared A50s and with S9 and I went with the S9 even though it costs 5k more because: 1. Far better processor with amazing optimization...2. I don't like the notch on A50s...3. S9 has so many features like: You can literally play different songs in your earphone and the wireless speaker from the same device simultaneously. Also it has an Iris scanner and a small notification led...4. Fingerprint scanner is located at the back on S9 which is way more convenient for me...5. You get an AKG earphone with the device which are phenomenal. ..6. S9 has a QUAD HD+ 1440p SuperAmoled display which is breathtaking...7. S9 is water resistant...8. S9 supports wireless charging...9. Flagship is a flagship...Only downside I the 3000Mah battery but with fast charge support it doesn't impact me that much.

The a50 is a budget champion having said that it's still quite a bit of a downgrade in a lot of ways mainly performance. If your a power user going from an s9 to a a50 you will notice the difference.

I have had the s9 on contract for almost 2 years, over £700 when new. I just bought my wife the a50 for my wife at Christmas for £279 cash. I would recommend the a50 overall for day to day use and value. My s9 is still an awesome performer,. My mine gripe with the s9 is the curved display means its difficult to get a screen protector that works which isnt crazy money. The a50 has a nice flat screen and you can get great screen protectors cheap.

and yet it only has a 12MP camera and A50 has a 25MP camera, s9 only has 3000MAh battery and A50 has a bigger 4000MAh battery and s9 can only handle 400gb micro sd cards and A50 can handle up to 1Terabyte.. should i keep going on? hows it better??
