Camera Comparison between the brand new Samsung Galaxy A54 against its predecessor the A53!
Some important thing to notice:

The newer phone is a better option. If you mixed the photos, I would not tell them apart, but that is normal, since they are from the same company, both midrange etc. Your video was good, I liked it. I would like to use this phone as my KZbin phone, I would record myself in a well lit office talking, I think it is perfect for starting.

@D. Harrell The s21fe will beat the a54 5g in performance but it's not going to be a blowout. The geek bench scores are similar with the single core being close and the s21 fe ahead in multi score by about 400. Also the a54 has 8gb ram and the s21 fe only has 6gb ram. Cameras are very similar except for the extended zoom, but the a54 5g smokes the s21 fe in battery life running laps still after the s21 fe battery is dead. I currently have a52 5g with the SD 750g and is still running strong but I was thinking about getting the s21 fe but I can't due to the poor battery life. I may get the a54 5g but not sure yet

Based on what we have seen, the 53's camera provides a more balanced performance. This was also evident in an independent comparison. The dedicated distance meter is also a plus point. With the 54 algorithm, it makes up for the lack of pixels - although the photos and videos are more colorful and contrasty - but it obviously falls short of the previous model in terms of resolution.

The camera's optimisation and stabilization systems (as well as the phone's chipset) matter much more significantly than the amount of megapixels in a camera. The A54 might only have a 50MP compared to the A54 with 64MP (which looks like a step down on paper for an average user) but if the sensor is better on the successor then you'll still have better comparable images (not to mention lower MP tends to be better on low light conditions). Megapixels aren't everything.

Neither of these looks as good as my Note5 camera did. Nope, sorry. I got it wet or would never had to buy an A53 on sale. iMAGINE THAT, A CAMERA FROM 2016 LOOKING BETTER, ESP. LOW-LIGHT I have shots at night on my Note5 with minimal ambient lighting that are jaw-dropping.
