Brother I have faced the same issue. The battery seems to drain about 7 to 10% every hour with less brightness and power saving mode turned off. Please let me know how you're phone behaves.

The phone is terrible. Worst buy I made the last decade. There is not even one thing that the device does better than others, my previous phones. Camera? Terrible. Performance? OK. Battery? Draining problem issues. Zoom and other extra features? Not supported or limited support. Price? It's expensive for its data.
