I own an awesome green a54, and i never regret buying this phone. Performance is just good as it's, and it's so smooth. Game never lags , only got issue with the charging it goes slowly, i noticed it to samsung and they reached out so quickly trying help to fix it with update. Worth every centime

My a54 has had heating issues since the June update. It never did before, and only after an hour of KZbin. This solves several problems: my KZbin addiction vs sleep, and which flagship phone to buy in January. Since Google has not been really impressive with software, query algorithm, and chip choices for their phones, I don't have much confidence in them. No need to get a flagship phone if KZbin is going to cause it to heat up, I was researching pixel and Samsung. Maybe I will keep my phone for two more years, it takes okay pictures.

Unfortunately the A55 is not coming to USA, so we have to settle with the A35 which has the same processor as the A54. The A54 has a higher resolution camera then the A35 The A35 will be updated to Android 18 while the A54 updated to Android 17. The A34/35 and A54/55 look very similar

Be careful buying the 54 at least. I got the Latin American version and while it's still works in the United States on T-Mobile only, it lacks 5g band 71, which is the strong band that can penetrate walls and such. It's the band responsible for the 300+mbps speeds. Without it it's essentially a good LTE phone.

Not sure it is now A55 has been upgraded to one UI 6.1. I get much less noisy, more natural but still vibrant shots from the A55 and that's viewed on a 55 inch oled TV. I followed a recommendation, installed camera assistant and turned on picture softening. That doesn't soften picture it just stops it getting over sharpened. They look a lot nicer and more natural than the pixel 7a I had previously.

Wish Samsung would stop copying Apple - scrolling widgets, focus modes etc etc. feels like a cheap knock off. I want something more imaginative with my Android phones. Just wish Sony would match Fairphone for years of support or at least 3 OS updates and 4 years security.

S21 , S21 FE would be good choice if you want samsung there are other Chinese phones that have good speed as well look at Xiomi or Poco. I check on kiwi and S21 FE has higher Antutu than S21 ultra since it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, so check if phone has Snapdragon

Me too. Yes the a55 is nicer buti can wait the A54 which is still great. i couldnt wait to buy a new phone since i got it on an emergency because my previous one had spider screen. Anyyway the a54 is a great and hope it lasts a pretty long long time.

They on par with each other they basically the same phone but performance the A55 is a second faster but I noticed after the one ui 6.1 update my A54 battery is better than my A55 battery
