It is what you get as a standard on all Samsung phones, mid-segment and flagship alike. It is fine, not bad. But it is nothing amazing either, something that you get on phones like the LG V20/30+.

No it does not have optical image stabilization like oneplus 5 and 5t on the front but I think oneplus 5t would be great option for 33k

If you are talking about features like the equalizer or the Bass/Treble controls, then yes you can toggle all that. But inherently, the sound quality is what you get as a standard across Samsung devices, nothing great, not bad either.

The software is new (not Oreo but comparatively new), its water resistant and the camera is slightly better. But performance is more or less the same. And if Samsung is generous enough it may bring the Experience UI on the C7 Pro.

No bro I am a Samsung phone and wanted to go with Galaxy A8 Plus 2018 and wanted to enjoy bixby voice but Samsung has category of flagship and mid range if Samsung is not giving bixby voice now then it's clear that Samsung will not give bixby voice in future I bought a one plus 5t and enjoying the premium performance so I think you should also buy oneplus 5t or 5
