My case charges, the front LED is green when fully charged, when I open the case with no earbuds inside; the LED inside the case shows red. It never used to do this except when the earbuds are in and needing a charge. But now with no earbuds the inside LED is red, and does not charge the earbuds. Any solution? In the meantime I purchased a 3rd party charger/case and that charges the earbuds? So any reason why the case charges itself fully but does not charge the earbuds when inserted? I left them in overnight cleaned the connectors on the earbuds, earbuds are not the issue since they charge fine with the 3rd party case from amazon.

My fix for L not charging (after trying everything suggested in many of these videos) was tilting the charging box with the Left earbud sitting on the charging terminals. I actually set it in the hole in the box they came in (just bought them) and the dang red light actually stayed on. Maybe it has something to do with the weight shift idk but when I was fiddling around adjusting the bud on the terminals I tilted it and the red light came on, much to my surprise after everything I tried. They were actually going back to the store tomorrow. We'll see if it actually charges overnight. Fingers crossed 🤞

Only have 2 weeks with the galaxy buds 2 pro and I already have this issue. First and last time I ever get samsung buds, ridiculous. New technology shouldn't fail within a month of use.

I had the same problem. My case was 100 charged but my buds were not charging. I obviously cleaned the conections and swapped cable. What really fixed my problem was opening the case and plugging in the cable. Hope this helps someone

Ricky Valadez bro, Have you tried resetting the case? Put your Earbuds in case, close it, keep it close for about 7 seconds and open it. it should fix the issue. 😊

In my case, that's LED's are not working at all and the buds are dead. I can't connect them to my phone because my phone does not find the buds. What can I do?
