It depends on your ear type and what kind of earphones you've been using before. The buds kept falling out of my left ear, but it might be coz my ear is kinda small lol

Coming from an airpods user (and ofc I'm not some pro audiophile), the sound quality is great (esp with bass) and with anc on it blocks out all noises for me. I'd say the anc is really good for lightweight in-ear headphones👍
