Great review. Just curious, why is the extra wingtips(rounded) looks different than what is attached (somewhat pointed at one end). Can you get the original wingtips anywhere

Thanks! The rounded wingtips are for more adjustability i personally like the wingtips that are already on the earbud but everyone's ear is different. You can get the original wingtips on amazon just search for samsung buds fe wingtips. hope this helps :))

Mine sound low now. Even after cleaning them carefully. And thoroughly flushing my ears out

Maybe I got sweat in them. Anyway about to trade them back in to Samsung since they still work perfectly other than low sound...maybe they'll replace the driver or something and sell them as refurbished.

Yes that would be the best option it's weird that it's doing that might be a flawed product because i still have mine and they are still working great
