@@SaiferFreeStyle no most say the buds plus are comparable or better to the airpods pro. They don't touch the Sony or the anker pro 2 but they are good. These have a more spaced out but warmer puncher sound to them and the microphone is great for calls.

Also buds plus are sealed in ear headphones and these are open ear buds with open but kinda weak open active noise canceling the next successor to the buds will also be a sealed designed buds live are not the sequel to the buds plus they are only six months apart

I bought the black and got buyer's remorse too. So I bought the bronze. But I kept the black and use those with my hair down. And I wear the bronze when I wear my hair up or in a pony. I prefer my buds to be discreet.

Great vid!, i have the Buds Live mystic black, as you said, everybody's ears are lil different, mine stay in place an dont slip at the gym. I love the sound quality! The battery life reminds me of the regular Galaxy Buds and ANC not impressive, but where they lack i believe the new ergonomic design, sound quality and how super comfortable they are make up for it! Cant wait to get my Note 20 Ultra this Friday to match my buds live! #teamsamsung

Excellent review. YOU have been the only one who covered all the concerns. None have covered the talking-on-the-phone concern, nor the ability to use a single bean while the other is charging. This is a super advantage in my line of work! I am a fan of FORM, but FUNCTION comes first. I usually go Black to hide the fact I am sporting a bud. However, I may just go with the Bronze. HA! Thanks for a great review on both form and function!

I've got mine this Sunday... sound is really good tbh and I really love that I can hear the surrounding at work because my colleagues always complain that I can't hear them when I'm using previous buds even without playing music 😅😅 ANC is not the greatest but based on their design it's OK (ANC worked with me after 24 hours once I finally knew how to put them on properly in my ears 🤣) the fit is absolutely amazing first time I use the buds until they die on me because I didn't need to take em off to listen to ppl and they're very comfortable once you know how to put them in your ears

I have some of these on the way with my N20U. Seems like they would be good for podcast listening at work where you want to maintain some situational awareness (assuming this COVID-19 working from home ever ends!). I wouldn’t expect the same level of presentation from Samsung. Yet, I truly thought Samsung’s was nearly as good. KZbinrs have expressed their disdain strongly.

As great as my Buds Plus are, they're really uncomfortable for long term use, or lying around so I'm ordering a pair of the Buds Live. Plus, as a female I like to be aware of my surroundings when I'm out. So, with £70 off they're too good to miss! (Oh and I'm going for bronze!) EDIT: Just got my Buds Live - sound is nowhere near as good IMO but they are SO comfortable! And obviously, just because the sound isn't as good as the Buds+ it doesn't mean it's bad. Glad I have both pairs. 👍🏻

Thanks for the review. I am already using Buds Plus as my daily earphones and it works like charm. I like how it blocks almost every single sound with its passive noise cancellation. Even though I will get a pair of Buds Live, I might just sell it off since the ANC is not really good.

Thanks for this great review. I purchased the live to pair with my new Fold 3. I heard people were getting ear infections from the Buds pro. I use Air Pod pros with my iPad but wanted to leave the air pods paired with the iPad. Basically will be using the live on walks, and lounging around the house.

Just unboxed my buds live....very impressed! So comfortable, awesome sound with the added bass turned on. Can see what you say about the accidental touches though but i will get used to it. Would totally recommend! Now to setup my Note20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy Watch 3 😆😆😆

Just picked up the white joints. I agree on the noise canceling being pretty much nonexistent, disagree on others being able to hear what I'm listening to. Either way they're definitely an upgrade from my Buds. White Note 20 Ultra coming up next.

I'm using galaxy buds/buds+ most of the time at work and the problem is that it does irritate my ears after like 5-6 hours of continuous use. this one will be comfortable and better sound quality? I'm sold. I don't about the active noise canceling feature but what I'm suffering at work is when I turn off the ambient sound mode I can't hear my colleagues 😅 so if hearing the surrounding is better with this one based on its shape would be cool. can't wait till I receive my buds Live.

I have the Buds Live. They don't fit my ears well so whenever I adjust them I accidentally touch something. And the turning off touch feature doesn't work. And one time I heard a rather loud song, which I don't often do because that's not really my taste, and my best friend said "before I saw your headphones I thought you were not wearing any judging by the loudness of that music" But I love the sound and battary.

There are silicon speaker covers that Samsung gives out for free in Korea. If you have those on, it will make the fit even more secure.

I wouldn’t recommend have full blocked out sound on the streets. People nowadays look too much on their phone screen and with ANC blocking everything? Not sure how the accident statistics will be. But I definitely don’t want end up under some wheels or crash into some front window just because I want the full immersion experience. The main reason I sold my buds plus for buds live is, the cheap silicone on buds plus makes my ear itchy. And the full sealing makes my inner ears get hot and more itchy. Also as you mentioned buds plus is not very comfortable, if you want have them on while laying down somewhere.

I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!

Sometimes on a call I need to speak in a really low voice such as: if I get a call in between a meeting or if I had to pick up a call in the middle of a movie (assume I have the buds on me for the sake of it). So how well does the other party be able to listen to me when I am using buds live?

I love these Buds Live, especially since I can were them below a headset and listen to two devices at once. Much more comfortable and I gave up on my Buds+ because it also works fine for me working out and I don't mind listening to my surroundings as well.
