Bc without a Watch it doesn't sync the steps or if you have a Mi band it doesn't sync either. So can it sync if you use Samsungs Watch with xiaomi phone to Samsung health?

Good question. Actually, no. App gallery (Huawei app store) does not have Samsung Galaxy Wear app.
