I find the heart rate on the Fitbit 3 more accurate than on the Apple Watch 6. I also think the sleep tracker is more accurate on the Fit 3.

Yes, we also tested the sleep tracking accuracy of Fit3 and found it to be quite accurate.

Heart rate sensor on Fit3 is a bit lower so your end of day calorie count on it will be about 100 calories less than what it really is.

Does this watch get correct distance if tagged to a phone? Plus does it do sleep tracking?

Yes when connected to a smartphone it will use its GPS to track the distance and hence it will be accurate. Yes, Fit3 does have sleep tracking.

Yes, that's correct.

Fit3 is not calculating correctly because the attached GPS to phone over Bluetooth is not working correctly therefore you also will not get a map detail of your walk or run. Also there are several bugs in Samsung Health on the Fit3 and/or Samsung health on the phone that preventing them from syncing properly so you will loss workouts that are manual started on the Fit3. Samsung is aware of the bugs and I believe they are working on a firmware/software update.

Honestly, I haven't done a run while carrying the connected smartphone with Fit3, I only tested the Heart rate accuracy. Thanks for sharing these details with everyone. Much appreciated!
