Should I check out the regular Note 20? Kinda seems like I should pass, unless anyone’s curious how it performs now? 🤷♂️😁

i'm from the u.k and bought my imported note 20 ultra with the snapdragon chipset 3 years ago. it's still brilliant now and the battery is still strong although with all the updates over the years it's not as long lasting as it once was but in terms of speed and camera etc it's been brilliant. mine is still in pristine condition i can't see myself buying another phone anytime soon. i think it still looks great and i wouldn't swap it for an s series, never.

Still using my Note 20 ultra 5g is still very relevant for me in 2024-2025. I Refreshed battery and it really sped up the phone. Its fast and works great! It's also lighter than my s22 ultra. although the Note still gets security updates once in a while I like the big screen and how light it is. My daily use phone. And dont tell me it's impossible. Its working with apple watch. As, The s pen is a fave of mine. works with my apple watch. Works great!mind over matter.

My note 20 ultra's motherboard failed so I bought S24 Ultra. I managed to source a motherboard for my note 20 ultra and fix it. I can't notice much difference between the two phones apart from S24 Ultra having a longer battery life. Everything else just seems almost the same.

Anyone else here has stuck with the Note 20 Ultra because of MST payment. The latest of the phones left that can do payment without NFC. It came in handy so many times during my travels, and tellers are still in awe that I can pay with my phone when they say we don't support Apple or Google pay. I basically don't have to bring my wallet because, unlike with Tap and pay, MST doesn't have a low transaction limit. It works like me swiping my card 💳 . Love ❤️ it.

Still rocking my Note 20 Ultra. My Daily Driver. As for security updates, I use a VPN, CCleaner, and have an outstanding antivirus on it. Once Samsung stops their updates, I will continue to use them. Works perfectly. Amazing cameras and battery life is still solid. Maybe upgrade to a Samsung Fold or Oneplus Open at some point. Subscribed. 😁

I’m thinking of getting the Note 20 Ultra, but I keep seeing people talk about this green line. What causes it? Is something that can be fixed? How noticeable is the line? Does it happen a lot with the Note 20 Ultra? Thank you in advance!!!
@KennDeeАй бұрын
The green line mostly happened during June 2023 update I believe.

Mine got fixed after a screen replacement. I think, almost every samsung phone will get this issue eventually. My friend had the S21 Ultra and got it a year after I got mine on the Note 20 ultra.

I haven't had this issue on any Samsung phone I have used, but of course am fully aware it has happened. Hopefully a lot of these issues have been ironed out :D

What do you think is the most reliable phone brand. iPhone springs to mind. I can't make my mind up. As for benchmark tests, I have a Nokia xr20 and had it for almost two and a half years. Its benchmark test was low resulting in reviewers slating it. But it has worked perfectly fine in all this time.

As far as Androids go I would have to say Samsung is the most consistent. iPhone and Samsung basically have the most cohesive ecosystems in
@ashdoestech15 күн бұрын
I agree with the above. I’ve also found Honor phones to be really reliable for me. While MagicOS isn’t for everyone, their ecosystem works so well together! Definitely worth considering I think

I'm not really someone who cares much about updates and the latest software and mostly focus on what a phone can cutrently do and how well it does and needless to say, I love this phone so much as it can do basically everything I want (even gaming without getting too hot) very well and the addition of an S-Pen is great for productivity like screen writing and for easier video editing. The speakers are great and paired with an awesome display makes it goated in media consumption (I watch KZbin and anime for hours)

I've never heard of it till now. Still using my note 20 ultra, can't find a reason to upgrade. No issues except I had to have the USB port changed. My fault. SD card expansion is the main reason for me keeping this beauty. It would be the perfect phone if it had a headphone jack and changeable battery, but as close as I can find to perfect
@jaylord00Ай бұрын
Yup. Got mine fixed after a screen replacement. Took care of the phone since day 1 but the green line suddenly appeared last year. Just got it fixed this year. My friend who has the s21 Ultra just got it recently as well so it may really be a samsung issue.

@@nicehaircutmrsvarog Around 180-190 USD when converted from my local currency. I had it fixed on a Samsun Service center to ensure that the all IP protections are there after the repair.

I had to get the note 20 Ultra because I lost my Samsung Galaxy s23 plus. I paid 350$ for the Note 20 ultra because the guy I bought it from let me pay it off in four payments. I basically had no choice because I didn't have money for a new phone and i can't be without a phone.
