It's amazing how precise and responsive the S-Pen is in Sketchbook for Galaxy Note 3. A pencil sketch feels and looks like actual pencil and paper. I'm going to spend a lot of time with that app. Now...what's up with the Note 3 wifi issues?

Coming from an S3, I'm absolutely loving this phone! I'd have to say my most favourite thing about it is definately the battery life! Lasts me twice as long than on my S3, and I'm a heavy user. I love it. I haven't experienced any lag ever since I got it

I love this phone, and the S Pen is definitely my favourite feature :) I use the Pen Window multiple times every day for the stopwatch feature of the Clock app. I definitely don't need a full size stopwatch, and it's nice to be able to do other stuff with the phone while keeping an eye on the stopwatch. Chatting and texting is much nicer with the handwriting recognition also!

Hello. I am commenting just because i recognised it. The wallpaper is the album cover of one of the many albums of one of the greatest hip-hop/jazz producers, Nujabes. The album art shown is from 'Hydeout Productions 1st Collection' and is amazing. He has another album named 'Metaphorical Music' which has the exact same art style. I'm due for an upgrade next month, and am really interested in experiencing the over-sized phone, or phablit. Until yesterday I was leaning towards the HTC one Max, but then I discovered this phone. I'm already 99% sure that this is the one for me.

The small window is my favorite feature, actually. It allows me to answer messages when I am in apps not supported by the multi window function. Unfortunately it does not work with the built in SMS app. On the other hand, I do most of my texting via WhatsApp nowadays.

Hi Android Authority , can you let me know whether the S-Pen on the Note 3 screen is effective in "palm rejection" i.e. When sketching, would it record the finger and minor touches? Or is there a function to completely reject all touch (i.e. S-pen only) when loading a specific apps? What are your comments on it? Thanks~

Try reading/saving files in the microSD. Also, to make it faster, disable animations (Developer Options) and KILL S-voice appearing "when you click the home button twice", cos that makes the Note 3 wait for that second tap.

You can occasional lags on android UI its because the app or widgets are not yet pre loaded to the RAM cache. It is obvious to see android stutters when you open an app that is not preloaded on the RAM even if its a high end phone. BUT iphones has it too and pretty much windows phones.

Just a thought about your video style...clips of the phone tend to orient diagonally from either bottom-right to upper-left or bottom-left to upper-right. Either is fine, but not both. I find myself distracted by moving. Consider videoing in a single direction.

If you want to write something like a blog comment and it looks like the write feature doesn't work, just long press on the microphone key and a menu pops up and one of the choices is the writing feature!

Very nicely done video! The s-pen was really not a factor in my purchase of the Note 3. I use it mostly with the Dolphin browser (set in desktop mode) as a mouse/pointer. The s-pen makes it much easier to click on the links in full web pages. I'd like to get more use out of it but nothing I've seen so far really grabs me.

Hi there, could you please explain how to sync tasks in Google Tasks with my S Planner over cloud. Google calender gets synced with S Planner over cloud seamlessly, however, the google tasks do not! The only way google tasks get synced with s planner is via manual sync (via usb) to my computer. Thank you !

One thing that wasn't mentioned is whether you can tap/type on a qwerty keyboard rather than handwriting everything out. I used to do that on my Sony PDA and like it better than fingertips which in my case are large, blunt, and prone to typos. Does the Note 3 support that? (Ps- agree on the Attack on Titan series ;-))
