The ram management comparison is way more meaningless than the app open speed test, cause u need those apps to open faster but nobody really open that much games at the same time and it is only 6gb ram in huawei mate 20pro, which is the cheapest version of mate 20pro. In short, Huawei is a much better phone when it comes to actual daily use.

To be honest, I saw a speed test of the note 9(Exynos) against the mate 20 pro. Both had their animations off. The mate 20 pro was only a few seconds after in daily apps which isn't a big deal. You should just buy a new device cause it's is faster than the older devices because the differences are very slim(at least in daily life). I prefer the note 9 over the mate 20 pro but the mate 20 pro was still my second most favorite phone of 2018.

Opening speed is mainly about cpu,which Hisilicon is always good at.But when it comes to game performance,gpu from Qualcomm shines. And obviously,s10 have two more cores in Mali-G76,so it should be better,just not as good as Snapdragons. But do remember that mate 20 pro is a last year phone,which makes its performance looks very impressive.

It's the blue light filter which makes it easier on the eyes in night time conditions. It is usually off which means this tester is having it on during tests to make Huawei look brighter. He's also using airplane mode which makes websites take slightly longer even on wifi. Also none of those apps are optimized to the S10+ because it isn't even out on the market yet, it's in preorder state which means no company has had time to optimize for the product because they do not have the product.

Huawei is a very good phone company. Everything is perfectly managed but one point in the software is not well done. Its notifications. In Samsung there is a separation between sound of notification, normal sound and alarm sound. In Huawei and Apple its all in one. This is the reason why some notificated apps dont work good Huawei.

As a Mate 20 Pro owner, I dont recommend it because the display is very fragile. I just dropped from one meter to a soft ground and the display crashed from multiple places. It costed me around 300 Euro. If I were you I wouldnt buy a phone with low quality display. Just search a video on KZbin for Mate 20 Pro for a drop test, you cannot find, just think why you cannot find.
