Idk about that. That plastic back and gg3 is a big cheap out. I dropped a phone with gg3 once and the screen shattered waaaay too easily. I've had a phone with gg5 and dropped it several times and there's barely a scratch anywhere. Durability would be my #1 concern with this phone..

I shall now start my explanation of why the 8mp camera here is better. The 64MP cameras are at 1.07x optical zoom, versus 8MP at 3x zoom. 3x zoom means taking the photo and cropping till the edges are now 1/3 the original size. So if we calculate, 64 divided by 9 is actually 7.5, which is lower than 8. So 8MP telephoto is better than 64mp. Losing 8K will affect literally nobody, because very few people actually have 8K monitors to view it back on. Loading the huge files onto Google Photos or KZbin or somewhere takes forever, and I think most people (or FANS) would prefer cleaner, optical zoom over hi-res digital zoom and 8K video @ 24fps. Yes I did Ctrl+C this section to paste wherever I want, because I feel that I really want people to realise the 8MP camera is a lot cooler than it sounds (because the low resolution does make it sound bad. It's not. I hope...)

I feel a lot of people miss out on this point. There's a difference between running 1080P on a 1080P panel and running 1080P on a QHD panel. The resolution you run in determines screen estate , but the panel resolution determines how sharp your screen would be. A lower resolution panel will have jaggies on UI edges if you look closer. It's just not the same. Not saying 1080p panel is bad. It's just not the same. Cheers

+1 for being one of the only reviewers to call out the optical sensor. That is huge because you can use a traditional screen protector because they finally ditched the ultrasonic sensor. Also, EVERY outlet in the US is reporting 6 GB of RAM with the exception of Amazon which is showing an 8GB version, but I honestly think that is a typo.

I shall now start my explanation of why the 8mp camera here is better. The 64MP cameras are at 1.07x optical zoom, versus 8MP at 3x zoom. 3x zoom means taking the photo and cropping till the edges are now 1/3 the original size. So if we calculate, 64 divided by 9 is actually 7.5, which is lower than 8. So 8MP telephoto is better than 64mp. Losing 8K will affect literally nobody, because very few people actually have 8K monitors to view it back on. Loading the huge files onto Google Photos or KZbin or somewhere takes forever, and I think most people (or FANS) would prefer cleaner, optical zoom over hi-res digital zoom and 8K video @ 24fps.
