I’ve been stressed trying to choose a new phone over the passed few months. Last midrange/high end android phone was a Sony Xperia that got stolen. I’ve been rocking a crappie replacement for since. So many reviews out there and it’s all so confusing. Until I checked your channel reviews for the V40 and I kept watching. Not if you're on Sprint or T-Mobile, it's not. Due to the merger, the v50 won't be supported on the Sprint/T-Mobile network as of January 2021. An unlocked device won't help, as this is due to a hw issue with the modem that they used.

What hurt me the most about LG is that, how the HELL will a company make a great device but refuses to update and support them. Come on LG step-up your Game, or else you will be the next HTC. Apple is out there updating and supporting 6 year old devices . What the F**K is wrong with you. 😏😏😏😏😏😏.

I just bought the v35 as an upgrade from the v30, but after using the S10 plus I realise it feels faster and smoother due to the better refresh rate, now i want to upgrade again. I don't want to buy the s10 plus because there's no Quad Dac (music quality is VERY important to me). Should I go for the v50 for this performance?

LG can beat Samsung in every way . Audio video stills much better then Samsung. In my view Samsung is just a brand name and nothing else . Even price comparison LG is much better cheaper then any other mobile phone in market

I love the LG V50...just got one about 2 weeks ago cause their like $250 brand new unlocked. But I do not get the speed test...its obvious that the S20 FE has faster processor, faster RAM and even faster storage... so its already obvious which of them is faster in loading...but a few seconds faster loading does not really make a difference...using apps and games you cant really tell a difference once you start using them...but that display and camera certainly can...and for less than $300 with a Quad DAC 3.5mm jack to boot...at that point the only time you will pick the S20 FE is if your a fan boy...yes I said it.

It's the PPI. V50 has 2K Resolution. Pixels I think have FHD+

P-oled is LG's brand of oled. Amoled is Samsung's. TCL, BOE and other Chinese companies don't have clear brands and just have oled. One key thing to remember though - Samsung's QLED is NOT OLED and not micro\mini-led. It's just an above-average LCD(at least in 2020).

I am happy to have bought a used S20 fe. Battery life is excellent and the speed is so impressive. But I am used to the very slow bottom barrel of Verizon offerings with 32GB and 2GB of RAM. I ordered a V50 "renewed" Verizon phone from Amazon for my wife. I don't want to get locked into another 2 year Verizon contract. I hope she likes it. But good thing with Amazon is the 90 day return policy. Buy from Verizon and no dice.
