@@Cenot4ph It's common for people to seek validation for their purchases. It feels good to hear people say good things about the very same thing you bought. Applies to any product. But I do agree, the standard S22 is very gorgeous and is a very solid phone for most people. That being said, if you're a heavy user the battery could feel a bit lackluster.
@mediocritycentral2 жыл бұрын
Yeah it does look pretty good. And the standard S22 is the perfect size for me too. The Plus and Ultra are very good for watching videos but their size can be a bit unwieldy when on-the-go. I was about to buy it but then I figured I'd just wait for the standard S23 coming 4 months from now. Hopefully they'll put a bigger battery if they listened to customer feedback. Also, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 that'll come with it is now fabricated by TSMC again (the SD 888, 8 Gen1 were fabricated by Samsung which is probably why they suffered from heating issues and throttling).

Unfortunately I can't give a solid answer because I haven't been able to test the a53. @TerryX_ Жыл бұрын
In terms of hardware, I think the s22 is a very capable phone (plus you'll enjoy the 120Hz display). If you're making the switch, I don't think you'd be disappointed. If you haven't used an android phone before, I think switching the OS will be the biggest hurdle. Both both Android and iOS have their pros and cons though.

@TerryX_ Жыл бұрын
Well both phones have their pros and cons depending on what you use your phone for. The Samsung offers a higher MP camera and you can record in 8k. Plus, USB-C on the s22 makes is much easier to get files on and off the phone which I find quite helpful from time to time. But the iPhone has very good synergy with other Apple products and works quite well if you're part of the Apple ecosystem. So I don't think you made a bad choice, but it does also depend on how you use your phone as well.

Hello, I think the s22 shoots very nice looking photos. They do look a little different though. I think iPhone photos have a muted "realistic" look to them while the s22's photos have much brighter colours so it kind of depends on your own preference. Generally speaking though, I don't think you'll regret the switch. Although, if you're taking a photo directly from a social media app, the photos on Android can look a bit funny. That might be something you want to consider before pulling the trigger. Hope that helps.
