I am using this basic s23 , it is the by far the best phone I have ever used. Some of my friends and cousins bought iphone 15 yet during photo sessions they prefer photos of s23 especially during night time. Best phone under 60k on overall performance although battery life could be a little better.

Just my two cents, I think you should go for it.. It will be a significant upgrade for you, in terms of the hardware side. The software upgrade path for s23 looks great. One UI seems to be the next best OS after stock Android these days. Plus if you pre book now, you are getting some sweet deals with exchange offer and welcome bonuses

I am getting only 5 hours of sot. Don't know where I am going wrong. Light Performance mode on. Max time on wifi. Otherwise on 4g. Vibration intensity half. Fhd resolution only. Also battery charging limited to 85% only. It dropped from 85 to 63 in 3.5 hours with 1 hour of sot.

in sense of value of money. There are some other chinease option. But the Samsung + SD variant and its top of line are all of sense. It will be last more 5 year. I am using Samsung A52 4g with SD 720P; it completed more than 3 years, and still there is no problem. So in terms of investing in a phone like this, we are considering a good display, a better processor, and a and a compact phone. Its still a better option. i am planing to upgrade to S series from A series, in my bucket list samsung S23 also there.

I don't understand why the product designer has done these things?!! 1. 128 gb ufs 3.1 but 256gb 4.0. Is it because samsung can proudly market that they have ufs 4.0 but can still do some cost cutting for users who don't focus on specsheet and end up buying 128gb because its more than enough for almost all users. Unethical and fishy way.. 2. When you have a lesser capacity battery why not keep peak brightness little lesser to make battery life better and match elder siblings. 3. Amoled screens are to make black look deep, but here blacks are reduced with some gimmicky feature called booster to make phone look brighter and thus void the entire purpose of having amoled displays. Hope users have option to disable it.
