Trivia info about Samsung screens. I owned a S21 Ultra, S22 ultra, S22, S23 ultra 12/512GB, S23 ultra 8/256GB (currently main phone) in this order, and my friends have S23, S24+, and one has a A55. From what I can tell, best screen by miles in looks and feel is the S23 ultra. Best speakers also go to S23ultra, but the S24+ comes really close. All the non-pro Samsung phones with AMOLED 120hz are nice on paper, but even the A55 screen looks almost the same as S24+, so I guess the newest S24FE is screen-wise a S24/S24+ level. To my eyes, the worst was the S22. S22 screen, compared to S23 ultra, looked like an expensive IPS panel, and not an oled. And speaker-wise, the S22 and even the S22 ultra had the worst speakers, seemed like A55 speakers or a cheap 150$ phone. L samsung

Every day of the year and twice on Saturdays and Sundays, I will choose the S23 Ultra ($700), S24 Plus ($700) and even the S23 Plus ($400-$500) instead of this S24 FE, not to mention competitors like the OnePlus 12, iQoo 12 and others. It's not that the S24 FE is a bad smartphone, it's just that it's like the Pixel 9 / 9 Pro, pretty good smartphones but sold for $250-$300 too expensive compared to what they're really worth, compared to the competition, in the current market 🤷🏽‍♂️ On the other hand, at $400-$500 maximum for the 12G/256G version, the Galaxy S24 FE can be a good deal. 🚶🏽‍♂️ 🚶🏽‍♂️ 🚶🏽‍♂️

Look at the sharpness difference, forget about the brightness, how can you compare a 500 plus PPI to a 385! Streets apart. Now if the FE had made a effort with the PPI, I may have thought about a purchase but a friggin 385 isn't any better than a TFT/LCD display....Very poor Samsung for a 600 quid phone! Could have been perfect, but you screwed up with that screen clarity and lack of headphone jack!

U should have compared 'S24 fe' with "S23 ultra , 12gb RAM variant " .. 12 gb RAM with 256 storage is most common variant found here in India . I tried finding 512 gb storage, but I didn't find it anywhere here..

@@IbehChristian-ki6jopixel 8 pro looks great in my opinion. It's much cheaper; around 500usd for brand new on ebay. S23 ultra is okay but more expensive. If you are into photography and casual use go with pixel 8 pro but it doesn't have the 100x zoom, if you are into graphically intensive tasks like gaming then go with s23 ultra, it has a better chip.

Heat management issues, poor thermals, bad battery life. The S22 ultra was the worst phone I ever had. When Qualcomm when back to TSMC to manufacture their chips, those issues were gone. iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max is still one of the best phones IMO.

It depends on what you're looking for. The S23 has a better telephoto camera, a compact 6.1-inch screen with thin bezels, but it's almost two years old and will only get software support until 2027. The S24FE has a bigger screen and longer software support until 2030. The S23 is a base model flagship phone with a more premium look compared to the S24FE, but they have similar performance. The S24FE might have a better battery life since it has a significantly bigger battery than the S23, but it's also heavier.

Interesting. I don't like that much the design of the Ultra. I prefer the design of S24Fe, S24 Plus, S23 Plus. The real problem of Exynos smartphones is the price. There are also differences, processing photos and videos: if this Exynos was that good, Samsung would use it in S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra, worldwide. I've bought a 13 Pro instead a S22 because of that. I wanted a small Galaxy with a Snapdragon but we can't have this anymore in Europe. S24 FE is not a bad phone but pricing in some countries is high. Today, on Amazon France, S24FE and S24 Plus 256Gb cost the same price. Also for a FE, bezel on the bottom is not good.

I hate to say this, but if you are purposely inexperienced with how a phone works or are a technological "moron" when because of your arrogance or distain in wanting to learn about the features of a phone, then don't get an Ultra or Pro model phone! Obviously people are free to buy what they want, but it just feels disheartening to see people who can't even access basic phone settings easily go for these highest tier devices.
