I was wondering the same thing, probably not for all actions, you can use the case with the screen off for things that don t require to unlock the device like flashlight, ringer etc. in my opinion makes sense, idk for sure, nobody is mentioning this

I just got this case and when I go to long press the key to designate the command it says "this NFC can not be tagged" and won't let me rename it this not letting me program that button...any suggestions?

Sadly, I got mine today, and it seems defective; I get a message sayings, "Couldn't write this NFC tag. Try again." I havecontactedo their customer support to see if they can offer any help.
