How did you get the Wireless Power Sharing shortcut? I have to go through the general menu to get to it.

If you swipe down twice from the top you will see the full top bar expanded with all the shortcuts. if it isn't in that menu when you swipe to the sides, just click on the pencil at the top, then say edit full or even edit top and then drag the shortcut in there

Isn't there a way to change the quick settings on the drop menu? Like where the wifi, Bluetooth, etc. Is when you swipe down.

yes there is. So if you use 2 fingers to swipe from the top and you expose the large tray where you see power saving etc, then you will see a pencil at the top right, click that, click edit under full and then you can add and remove items from the tray and reorganize if you want to change the layout.

what is smart charge features ?

It allows you to set for example that it only charges till 80% then stops, then there are settings that will slow charge overnight because it knows you are sleeping etc
