Does the voice commands work in the lock screen? Reason i ask is i tend to stream music off my phone as i drive and voice command would be VERY handy if i could use it while driving

Pretty easy to use music app. Been having an issue with playing things from Windows Media Center though. I'll have the phone on the same wifi network as the media center. I can view it in my nearby devices list. I can see the list of all the media center's music. However, when I go to play a song it just says "Network Error Ocurred. Please Try Again" before it cycles through all the songs in the list with the same error. Worked fine the first two days I had the phone but not now? Suggestions?

I found that this default MP3 player had a surprisingly long pause between tracks on mix albums. Quite disappointing when I consider my previous phone was a much cheaper HTC Wildfire with barely any pause at all.

How can i use the music player to share the music to a whatsapp contact ? like in the S3 and the note 2 if u tap and hold the song for a couple of seconds a pane opens up and u can then click on a tab called "Share via" .. on the S4 that option does not come .. can someone help me with that

i have a urgent request if you could pass this on... i hate this player for only one reason.. convenience.... as soon as i open music player i want search, and scrolling kills time... there is no search option. the search should be on the top, like on ios, if we scroll little upwards the search option becomes available.... pass it on...

Never mind. The music player widget is automatically added to the lock screen if your music player app is running. Once closed, it is removed from the lock screen as well.
