I just can't take the frame off and i am afraid to break the front as well. Why i am doing this: 1. i couldn't connect it to the computer even using different 6 chords, including the original two from Samsung (MTP is on no matter what kind of settings i was choosing, computer "didn't feel" the phone, and later on the phone even stopped making "waves" and vibration upon connection of the chord); 2. i couldn't sync it anymore wirelessly (somehow i don't remember how i did it before and i was taking one photo/audio at a time, but it worked; 3. i could't get on Cloud because while i was on technical support the phone died and...i couldn't charge it anymore, even after a few hours it was still 0%, so i couldn't get the code to get on Cloud; 4. got on these videos. Any suggestions and help from you? Most likely the jack is damaged and the battery is kaput (it is almost 6 years old and it was getting hot often and didn't last long). If i can't fix it, can you please help me to save 1) contacts 2) text messages 3) photos 4) audio files. Unfortunately, due to problems with connection of it to the computer i couldn't save none of it and All this information is Very important to me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
