Thankyou so much for your help! One thing was that I typed in the wrong pin for the sim, which got locked. I can get it reopened, but that was another method which you can use to get to the lockscreen. Other than that everything went smoooth and I was able to unlock the phone! You earned a sub from me!

Great helpful video. The Bluetooth Contact us button was not present for me, I had to combine this method with the KZbin "Terms and conditions" accessed from the Notification Settings. It opened the browser and allowed me to get the appropriate APK.

@@Bristol-MyersSquibb sorry I can't recall exactly, I was able to go in the list of installed apps with the help of another tutorial on KZbin and clicking on KZbin allowed me to view the term and conditions in the browser

@@aparadox85 I actually found a work around through the youtube settings to get to terms and conditions then downloaded apex launcher and another file then disabled the find my phone and disabled I think the device manager then added an account and boom reset and it was all good....thanks for the quick reply back bro much appreciated
