yes it does....captures a tad bit less detail because of lower resolution...but its still pretty good.

Adding camera setting to home screen doesn't work on my phone. When tapping the + sign it goes to camera mode downloads screen. Have read where some settings are not available globally.

can you please tell me what causes the brightness of the always on display to lower, and get brighter, and back again ? i dont do anything... i dont even touch it, and this happens all the time...

it depends on the timing and the incoming notification. if you unlock your screen, the always on display would be brighter initially. but if you let it stay for a while, it will finally get dimmer and darker.. if a notification comes in, then it will brighten up for a few seconds again... if you lock your screen and keep it in your pocket, the always on display would be absolutely shut off...(works off a proximity sensor)

i understand, but in my case the brightness was sometimes very low right when the always on display came up and other times it was just bright... it became less bright and brighter without anything happening at all... you see, it was very strange... oh well, i shipped it back and asked for a new one because there was also some color distortion on one side of the display... Beauty Neytiri do you have your settings to auto brightness? Because that tracks your activity with the brightness settings and adjusts your brightness when your in similar lighting. If it is on just unclick it and you should be ok
