Are you sure that the USB cable is connected to the turned on computer, laptop or console?

Does this hard reset serve to restore the same Android that came with the device? I recently bought the Galaxy Tab A9+ 5g, and it came with Android 13, because I updated it to Android 14 and I'm not liking the new system. If I reset the tablet will Android 13 come back?

Doesn’t work god fucking damn it it’s asking me for password to turn it off but I forgot it find my device so I can erase it says unable to connect to device even tho it’s on WiFi and 5G
