Same. I'm just sad it stopped updating. I had to replace mine with a OnePlus pad because I'm a PhD student doing qualifications research, and I can't risk storing my participants' data on a potentially insecure device. But I still use my s6 lite for things where I don't have to worry about data security.

You really have a lot of videos about the S6 Lite 😊 I missed the CAD$200 deal. Apparently, it was CAD$200 back in Back to school sale also. I still got it at CAD$300. I haven't opened it yet, I'm still thinking if I really need it 😛 But this is definitely something I don't want to miss. First world problem....

Got mine for an insane deal on amazon (india) in october for about 160$, I wasn't even looking for a tablet but at that price it was stupid to NOT buy it. It has surpassed my expectations and surprisingly the Dex mode also works with barely any lag. I was most impressed by the speakers and the crazy battery life, and the form factor is nearly perfect for someone wanting a true portable experience.

I've been on the fence between this and several others including the S9FE. I'm just going to get this. It's older and slower but then again, so am I. LOL We will make a great pair. I don't game, I just need something to run Bible software and take notes mostly. I want access to that marvelous Wacom S pen and this will give it to me. In the end, I just couldn't see spending 400 dollars on the FE, even thought it's a great device with a slightly larger screen. Best Buy has a better price if you don't mind gray. 199 is their price on the 64GB model, which is all they seem to have. Thanks for the push over the edge. Us old people of indecision need a good shove every so often. LOL

Main thing nobody talks about is the Pen, you can't use it with the A Models only the S Models support it. There's no better Tablet for the Value, only thing i would like to see is a Higher refresh rate but i dont mind it.

My main need is to take notes and edit pdf files. Can you rate this tablet after a period of use (about > 1 year)? Usually Samsung lower-range devices become laggy over time. I really want to know if it's worth buying in terms of durability.

I have the 2020 S6 lite and love it; however I decided to try the iPad 9th generation during black Friday 2023 for $249.00. Oh my god! This tablet is on another level, especially if you want to play serious games. I have an android phone and prefer the Android system, but for the same price, why not get the best tablet for your money.

It's on sale on Amazon and Walmart right now for $200 the pen included and I grabbed it because the fire kindle I got for Christmas just ain't cutting it. I thought it would do cause I use a tablet mainly for streaming and youtube but with the limited apps available it just wasn't a good fit so thanks for the video it confirms that it's still a good tablet worth buying

Here in my country it's being priced at ~400 dollars(!!!), the A9+ is around ~300 and these two tablets are both quite similar (A9+ is slightly more powerful and also includes Dex!! It just lacks S Pen)

The A9+ is better with the SD695 and 90hz feels smoother. Also has 64/4 - 128/8 gb ram vs 4/64 - 6/128 on the S6Lite that also has helped to keep it’s performance

I still got the first version its great for battery life and watching movies but gaming i can work for less demanding games but fortnite or cod mobile games like that can lag a lot so tab s6 like its good but i recomand the 2022 version that has snap dragon

I am an engineering student and would like to buy a tablet to carry with me. I intend to use it for various activities such as taking notes during classes, using the microsoft Office , working on small projects at university, and using it as a drawing tablet (graphic tablet) alongside my notebook. It doesn't need to be one of the models mentioned in the video. I already have a notebook that runs all heavy programs, but the reason for buying the tablet is that I want to stop carrying it every day unnecessarily because it is heavy, and I am afraid of damaging it. My budget is $400 USD, which would be ideal, but I am willing to pay up to $600 USD if it is much more advantageous and makes sense. If there is any other cheaper option that is more suitable, I accept suggestions. It doesn't need to be from Samsung, but it must be Android-compatible.

I got a 2020 one and if anyone is thinking about getting that one, don’t even bother! Mine is so dang slow and games are laggy now. I have a iPad 8th generation that was released the same year that I switched from and ended up switching back since the tablet is basically a brick now. Surprisingly the iPad still runs just as good as the day I got it, the s6 lite had a screen burn in issue with me and the iPad has never had any issues at all for me, I’ll just stick to apple for budget tablets from now on.

A9+ has a slightly faster faster processor, but you wouldn't notice the difference. The a9+ has a 90hz screen and is slightly bigger. The s6 lite has a 60hz screen, has the S-Pen, and is smaller, but the screen is slightly sharper than the a9+. Both should be updated to at least Android 16 so don't worry about software updates.

I have this tablet ever since 2022. If you going to use it for gaming like roblox, it will not run really well even on the lowest settings in most roblox games. This tablet does better in watching videos,taking notes, working,and Web browsing will run smooth on this tablet. Cameras aren't that really good.
