My jaw never left the floor while watching these very skilled hands virtually take the entire tablet apart!!! OMG!! No fricken way would I even attempt this! Sadly, cz my son's Tab 6 needs a new battery! 😭 Who in their right mind would even create something so INCOMPREHENSIBLE to the average Joe? If this is not only samsung, then the manufacturers are in cahoots with (or own!) repair shops that most likely charge $$$ just to change battery for us non-techies!!! How disgusting & wrong 🤬🤬🤬 I'm sorry I purchased TWO of them!!!

A German Company makes phones that is prepared for the buyer to fix. Parts are sold cheap. I just bought a wireless charger to my Samsung tablet but it seems I need to send the tablet in for repair and cost what a cheap chinese tablet costs I presume. Samsung is to big to care about the ones that make them billionares. The elite are not accountable for selling a product with high prize and low quality batteries.

FYI tht might help someone: My special needs, non-reader son figured out how to text, make phone/Meet video calls with his Tab s6 ...and then taught me(Look thru settings) !!! Go figure❣️ Mine is a 610! I blv my son's is the same, but he no longer lives with me, so can't check it!

In case anyone is reading this thread these days: you can only replace the glass and LCD together in modern electronics, because the two are glued together and it's an impossible task to separate them at home without damaging the LCD. If the touch still works, get a glass screen protector and some loca adhesive, it is a good temporary solution if it's one or two big cracks not a lot of tiny pieces.

I ignored there were TWO MODELS of the galaxy tab S6 lite (SM-P610 and SM-615), and most websites do not mention them or the difference between the two! I just got my tab s6 lite and I feel so CHEATED ANS SCAMMED BY SAMSUNG. I got it thinking it supports a sim card to make calls and use cellular data; however, it DOESN'T! Tho it contains the slot to insert the sim card and all. So basically, without another device supplying the tab with wifi, it is practically USELESS. Thank you #samsung for misleading your customers and telling them the tab s6 lite supports a sim card and 4G, knowing damn well it's only the sm-p115 that does and NOT the sm-p610 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Bro you should READ the fuckin specs before buying a tab. I bought mine and it CLEARLY distinguished between these 2 models. If you bought some shit from some random website that scammed you the its your fault because on Samsung's website EVERYTHING has clearly been mentioned. it's just the wifi-only (p610) and the LTE version (p615) one can only use wifi, one can make phone calls and text messages with sim chip
