Comprei o Tab S9 e após 1 mês de uso, o tablet caiu da minha mão em cima da minha escrivaninha e parou de funcionar (queda de 60 cm no máximo). Embora não negue a queda (o que configura “mau uso”), NÃO ESPERAVA TAMANHA FRAGILIDADE PARA UM PRODUTO PREMIUM DE MAIS DE 4 MIL REAIS. Pelo valor, a durabilidade deveria ser algo BEM superior. Não aceitaram a garantia e o preço do conserto ficou em metade do valor original do produto. PELO PREÇO EXTREMAMENTE CARO E POR SER SER UM PRODUTO PREMIUM, NÃO RECOMENDO. QUERIA EU TER VISTO UMA MENSAGEM OU AVISO ASSIM E TER DESISTIDO DESSA AQUISIÇÃO, MOTIVO PELO QUAL ESTOU AQUI, POR QUE SEI QUE NINGUÉM ALÉM DE MIM ARCARÁ COM O PREJUÍZO. Yo por la s9 plus ya, por que te la dejan a precio de la de 256 y te doblan la capacidad a 512, la ultra es enorme y pesa casi 800 gramos,cuando la quieras coger por el peso q tiene ya verás q incomoda y más fragil tb, aparte en el corte inglés te regalan 100 euros en compras que si pones 100 más te llevas el galaxy wacht 5 o vas por el 6 de este año 🎉🎉😊😊
