2.Push together volume up + home button + power key until you will se Samsung logo on the screen
3.Select with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and push power key to confirm
4.Select "yes" and push power key to confirm
5.Wait until format is complete
7.Push power to confirm "reboot"
8.Wait until the phone restarts

I dont know what to do, because my screen is turning black and white at the same time, then the phone is turning his self off and on. He does that all the time i try to do it, and i do not know what or why he does that. And all my files, music, games, contacts, pictures and videos are deleted by him self. I havent done anything that coud start it, but that i do, it is a crappy phone when it's comes to games! So can you or someone answer my question, how do i stop this?!

Hello! What do think of the black leves of this phone? Mine suffers from pretty terrible backlight bleeding. Two bigger areas of BLK at the top of the screen. This is especially noticable when charging the phone while the phone are shut down. Im wondering if maybe I have another screen than the ones in the reviews I've seen online.
