If you mean the screen protector that comes attached to the phone when you receive it - that one is not meant to be taken off and can possibly damage the phone if removed. If you mean one that you applied personally (if you applied one), Samsung actually recommends not placing additional screen protectors on the phone as it can possibly damage the screen (I don’t know the specifics about how)
