Bei diesen Geräten reicht es glaube ich aus, nur den NAND auf ein donor-board zu swapped, oder? Kenne mich bei Android nicht ganz so gut aus.

Nein. Bei iPhones brauchst Du CPU, NAND und Logic-EEPROM. Bei den Samsung (Android) devices reichen CPU und Speicher.
