Mere phone ka same problem hai. Same mobile M21 samsung logo par stuck aur charging jaise aapne bataya. ON he nai hora hai.. Yaha mujhe unhone 2000 kharcha bataya hai. Iska kitna kharcha hota hai? IC Change karne k baad phone firse problem toh nai degi? Aur jaha repair ko dete hai. waha Phone lock password kaise batayenge kyuki data hai.

The same happened with me a year ago. M21 bootloop mein aatak gaya. Tried everything but nothing changed, the guy at the service center told me to buy a new motherboard for 8000 even that doesn't have any guarantee of how many days will it work. I never expected this kind of product from Samsung. Even though this has happened with so many customers the company didn't even release a statement regarding this. Now i am a happy Mi user.

its not a hardware problem just a software glitch(bug). report your problem officially to the Samsung via Samsung Members app In my case (M21) it got resolved.
