If you live in the US then go for it. Other countries has different chipset aka Exynos which has way less performance than the Snapdragon version of the phone. Just a heads up 👍🏽

I still have the note 20 ultra, and I love it. My wife has the s22 ultra. The only real upgrade I see is low light pics and videos. They are sharper on the s22 ultra. Everything else the note 20 ultra is just as good. Oh yeah, don't forget about the support for a sd card on the note.

What about the battery life in 5g

@R_R_MOBILES_ACESSORIES depends. On wifi with heavy usage I average around 7 to 8 hours sot, on 5g all day normal usage, say your out all day, I average around 6 hours sot. Stand by time is great. I can leave it at 100 percent charged for 8 hours and only lose 1 or 2 percent, maybe 3 just sitting there. My settings is 120hz refresh rate and full power mode, no power saving at all. I say why limit this phone? I use it to its full potential.

I still daily my Note20 ultra. I even replaced the screen recently, expensive but I'm keeping it as long as I can. I love my "last note", I'm sad we won't be getting the new android version, but its a 4yr old phone so I understand. I do all the tricks to keep the battery happy and I've rarely gotten caught out with a low battery, even limited to 85% it lasts all day. Until I "fold under the pressure" and get the Z fold 6 or whatever version is available in a few years. 😅

But i am using the snapdragon version, and be informed that without battery saver and 120hz refresh rate, the battery would drain faster haha the battery is definitely not the advantage here but it does do its job in my opinion!

Living in US with the Note 20 ultra bought from Kuwait with the Exynos chip. Have played PubG with no stutter and I have never noticed an issue of crashing or slowing down as well. My only qualms with the phone is comparatively lower battery. After a heavy day at work with 1 hour of tws music and connected to WiFi 24/7 and 1-2 hours of media consumption, I have about 20-30% at 6 pm. The phone gives on average a screen on time of 4-6 hours but I've seen screen off time of 20 hours as well. Both of these metrics are subjective but as a power user I'll say for someone trying to get into the Samsung ecosystem or upgrading from an older S phone to a flagship phone, this phone still delivers in 2023. This phone would be ideal for people who want the classy look and probably use their phone primarily for calls, emails and camera. This use case will give great battery and would be a good bang for buck. 2023 perspective: Pro: A+ night photography A+ multi window tasking and note taking A+ Display and speakers A+ Looks like S23 expect the camera module Cons: Bad selfie camera (skin tone misrepresentation, skin softening, lack of sharp images, almost useless in the evening-night time which takes cheap redmi/vivo phone like pictures) Not the best screen on time (Been using for three years so battery may have aged and I have the Exynos chip) The camera bump doesn't allow the phone to be kept on its back unless your have a very bulky bumper case. But you would be habituated.

Just got it to hang onto for a while as I save some money. What he said in this video still rings true today, however the battery that came with my unit isn't very good. I could lose 10% in my 15 minutes doing video streaming, more or less lol. So I will have to replace the battery. It should get security updates to about next year then its on its own, but that won't bother me. I'm on a mission! And it's still great for gaming or emulation if that's your thing, and you can't beat having an sd card slot and MST, which is like swiping your debit card on your phone which apple and Google pay does as well, but you won't be denied anywhere. Basically if the pay terminal doesn't support your electronic method of payment, the Note 20 Ultra will work regardless
