Samsung Q1 Ultra touchscreen Windows XP demo

Just a quick intro to the customized Windows XP distribution on my Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC done with the built-in stylus. I wanted to show some of the programs specific to this device since I was able to boot and install Windows XP on it. I apologize for my hand occluding the screen so much and plan to record a second video with the demo done by the joystick on the side. In future videos, I will show my upgrade of the device to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 128GB SSD, and antiX Linux, a systemd-free i386 (32-bit) compatible minimalist Linux distribution.

I have never seen Windows Journal . Would it do scribble to text like the Palms would ?

Haha, in my childhood, this would have been sci-fi, and now… "charmingly retro"…

Same here! I think I was 13 or 14 when these were new.
