As for a problem ( browser fails to open...) Here is the solution: The disable button on your app doesn't disable it, even after a restart. You have to manually disable with the following steps. 1. Then click Advanced Options.Select Advanced options to tweak the advanced settings of your PC. 4. Click Startup Settings. 5. Then click the Restart button.Restart to change Windows startup options. 6. Once your computer restarts, you will be able to see a list of options. 7. On your keyboard, press F7. This will let you disable the driver signature enforcement feature.
