Hello everyone! Those problems are NOT TECHNICAL PROBLEMS belonging to SAMSUNG! It's just a problem of installing the equipment. In fact, the DECAL (the sticky mask of the control panel) is missplaced. Please look to the 2 buttons in the left, at least one of those is blocked by the dacal (mask). Just enlarge the space around the buttons or just press each one and the problem is solved! In this video, it seems the button in BOTTOM POSITION is blocked)
