This is a joke and Samsung is a joke. Samsung Smart tv only allows screen mirroring to be able to view streaming content from an app like Netflix. So say you're responding to a text while watching an episode of Breaking Bad, your texting will interrupt the show as your text will now appear on the screen. I have a 2018 Vizio tv that actually allows you to tap the cast icon on Netflix so you can just cast the show without mirroring your whole phone. In conclusion, Samsung Smart TVs are not truly smart tvs and you're being hamstrung. Samsung didn't figure out this capability until their 2021 model, so in comparison to their competitors like Vizio, they're at least 3 years behind the curve. Take into context that Chromecast devices were being sold as early as 2013 to allow apps to stream content directly to TV's and Samsung didn't realize households were doing this casting from apps on phone to tv without screen mirroring until 8 years later. Samsung should be ashamed to claim they had Smart TVs.
