Hi Roy, my samsubg j2pro sm j250f/ds ...i charge then power on ... 1. display samsung j2pro power by android 2. samsung logo appear keep flashing dim bright dim bright bout 3-4 X 3. Green color display appear ...Bottom of screen display Android starting.... Optimising 68app of app a long white line with abit of its end not in white .... I do not have water exposure to my device.....Please help !

The same thing happened to my Samsung Galaxy J2 i accidentally dropped it then it froze on its screen next I sent it to my mum to repair it next my mum licked the top of the battery and then it broke thus the phone did not turn on and I was so disappointed at my mum
