Thanks to you, I did it, and without breaking it. I tried to pull it out with full force for days LOL. Can you believe it...the manual says to pull it out :O I used a spoon from behind, a thin small one to separate the cover from the back panel. Without you, I'd be lost. Thanks SO much!

You took a screen video and check dots and lines . Dots it’s like pixels that is permanent lines may be capacitor or loose contact . First check cables then capacitor next lcd panel
