No 7 is coolest for fridge n as u go lower it’s warmer like 7-5-3-2-1 Normally u can keep on 3 but in summers u may have to keep on 5. But 1& 2 is hardly used as things start spoiling on these temperatures. Freezer is -15 least cool -17 is good normally and -19 is when freezer is in good use to store non veg n ice creams made frequently.
