most probably if encountering this problem the solution is the last option, the specific app you are trying to call/video chat on doesn't have microphone, camera, music and sound permissions, I just allowed those and it worked, thanks man keep it up!

My video call that you can do while on a phone call only seems to work with other Samsung users. It asks you to accept but it says the other caller wants to remain on the regular call???? The same person I can use Google video call on though

@TrevorNace i have checked all the settings on WhatsApp and sound. Everything's on. Even after reformat, the problem still the same. Does this mean something is not right? Is it software or hardware problem?
