Mani sometimes is half baked, most international and India law accept collective bargaining, but they also dont agree to forced labour union or agee to terms that you have be the member of union to work in that company. By insisting it be named Samsung union, they are insisting that everyone who is working in Samsung factory should be an union member.

​@@wellwinjc3206jus don't say it is wrong, tell the details, they are asking Samsung to recognize their union, by definition that is what it means, if you don't need Samsung to recognize it, Samsung won't come to you say you shouldn't form a union, the verbatim expectation is asking Samsung to recognize their union now as Samsung's union. If that is not case then there is no need to ask Samsung to recognize their union.
