OMG! That is an over the top smash burger to end the month. Love the creativity! How about a “stuffed” month next with onion bombs, stuffed peppers, mushrooms, pasta, etc?

You should make a burger with all meats in it - chicken, pork and beef. Either as separate patties or one patty all mixed in.

No shot this is better than just a good old fashioned smash burger with the regular sauce sam makes and some ice burg lettuce and pickle and onion. Meat blend he used is fine here but everything else can kick rocks

I remember ...maybe 20 years ago watching Anthony Bourdain talked about one of his favorite things was bone marrow. Back then was hard to find where I live. Got them and made it for my stepchildren. No idea what I was doing. Followed a recipe I found in Joy Of Cooking. OMG....changed my life and the way I looked at cooking. That is where my journey started. Since then just getting new ideas like this to make an aioli with marrow... Welp....I am just all in. Gotta make that. It must be pure heaven on the tongue. My edit...30 years ago...where did the time go? Maybe the gold was over kill. I hope the marrow works cold.

Not sure how lobster and beef go together on a burger, not having tried it myself, but the only other big $$$ ingredient missing was White Truffle slices in lieu of mushrooms. You went BALLS OUT on this one, gold leaf, foie gras, bone marrow aioli, A5 Wagu, Short Rib and aged Rib eye mix, aged white cheddar, Brioche bun and poached lobster. On the most expensive foods list, only thing missing? Truffle. May not have made it any better but it would've kicked up the $$ price to make it. LOL Minus the gold leaf.....I'D LOVE ONE of those!!! Few things in the world better than seared foie gras. The addition of that was F-ing brilliant. YUM!!!

Uh, Sam. I've been subcribing to you since 2018. Regular people who make less than $75K annually (especially in your part of the country), single or married aren't going to plunk out that kind of cash for super-burger, and they definitely don't have a meat grinder. If you ever think that making a burger that costs more than $15 per, you're wrong. Love you, man, don't forget your market.

Oh god you're killing me. When I was a little girl maybe 1964? My father had a swear word paradigm that was " shit, piss, fuck, gardener" I being eight thought that that was something that normal people would know about. Turns out Gardner was the dean of his college and he lined those words up from least offensive to most offensive. So this just killed me.

Hmm. The patties and the bun look amazing. Keep the marrow, goose liver and sea bug meat. Overall, this last month was a good concept that engaged the viewers, like Shark Week or To Catch a Predator. Can't wait for the next " * " month. Pop-Tarts, maybe?

Looks delish! It' probably also the most caloric you ever made, with marrow clocking at 780 Kcal per 100g and foie gras at 460 Kcal for the same amount. I could feel my arteries clogging just by looking at it😆😊

Personally I'd go a bit lighter on the bone marrow aole and the liver. I'd slice the liver to be thinner. I'd top a little extra butter onto the lobster after placement. I'd place a very thin layer of the bone marrow on the bottom and top buns. I'd probably put a thin layer of mayo between the two patties. Also, the buns didn't look toasted. I would have applied butter and a light layer of mayo and toasted the buns a little bit. I'd probably add a little bit of seasoning to the meat as well. With the amount of grease and butter, I'd likely destroy the toilet after 😂 overall, this looks like a great burger. Would love to try it.

I’m sorry I just don’t get it! Wagu sure, dry aged of course, lobster fantastic, foie gras definitely, home marrow amazing. But could somebody please explain gold? It doesn’t taste! You don’t digest it. Just poop gold. I do understand this I don’t understand when Salt Bea does it. Just decadence for decadence sake. I’m not against spending money on great food. I just don’t get gold. On a happier note. I’m planning a trip to San Diego Sunday. I’ll just have time to get lunch. So the question is should my first trip be to Samburger, Not Not Taco or CooCoo’s nest?

The gold leaf takes away from it, its one of dumbest fancy things out there. Part of STCG charm is being kind of relatable, im not saying ill be splurging for wagyu often (or ever atm ) but id at least consider/ want to, though eating flavorless gold paper is just bleh attempts at clickbate shit imo. As far as smash month otherwise, loved it. Any other theme month ideas are welcomed!
