Artur is fast, everytime someone shoot a bullet Arthur just come to clutch. The shot was meant for Tommy, Arthur tried to save Tommy but Grace came in the crossfire.

9:45 Arthur and Michael told Lizzie "No fraternising with outsiders, especially foreigners. Everyone has got to obey the rules while the business with the Russians is going on." The Russians are actually Georgians. Lizzie was dating Angel Changretta an Italian. Vicente Changretta is the leader of the Changretta's who wanted Danny Whizzbang dead, as he killed one of their relatives thinking the knife he was holding a bayonet. John clearly still loves Lizzie, which is why he went overboard and threatened Angel. Polly normally would have invited Ruben Oliver into her room at the wedding, but she was following the rule to not fraternise with outsiders.

Irish people do believe in curses. It’s something I think give credence too. In my grandparents era in Ireland, locals would do things curse the milk in their neighbour’s cow. A lot of the emigration from the country was people leaving in order to break a family curse upon themselves.

Also in the Peaky world, there are supernatural elements, especially with the Peakys having Gypsy ties. The sapphire was cursed and the bullet that was meant for Tommy shot Grace instead.

With regards to the Gypsy Curse, you have to remember the Shelby’s are gypsy, Romani Gypsy so will believe in the curses and telling fortunes as that is what they grew up with.

Tommy is one of my favorite TV Characters of all time but y'all think too highly of him lol He's not a good guy, and in certain situations he's been wrong. More of that will come out in later seasons tho. I was once blinded by Tommy's coolness 🤣

I dont understand how every reaction i see people dont believe in gypsi curses and witchcarft, believe me they are real 😂 here in argentina they are known as macumba or magia negra (black magic) and it is real you can harm other people
