The trees grow for themselves that's why they scattered all over without control,so many abandoned buildings, roads becoming foot path,running water taps become water wells and so on. I can remember on my youngest age the chief passed a decree to cut down all the big trees even coconut trees,some of elders were very angey but no power to stop that happened.Kassirie has or never had no monuments except that old water tank. Another sad thing was those students that died when their boats sank on a journey to mambolo to play foot ball on Friday, I can't remember the month and year. Most of bodies that were fund were unrecognised. Their graves had being flatten and forgotten. No monumental structure was raised to remember those young boy and girls.History was lost for students and football. Very sad.That was our titanic back then.Well we moved on, some in the UK,USA and the rest of Europe.
